Programmes Facilitators
Programmes are either facilitated or co-facilitated by Hj Abu Hanafiah Hj Abu Bakar, who has 27 years working experience covering air transportation, oil & gas and broadcasting industries. He studied Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Plymouth Polytechnic and North East London Polytechnic in the UK, and has experience working in close liaison with a leading management consultancy in a major HR intervention project. He also served for a number of years on the Brunei Darussalam Technical & Vocational Education Council as an employer's representative.

Some programmes may be facilitated or co-facilitated by industry consultants or affiliated facilitators depending on programmes' requirements and areas of specialisation and expertise.

Registration for Programmes
Registration for specific programmes may be made via e-mail by providing names and designation of nominated participants and their contact details, name of nominating organisation, preferred venue, dates and schedules, any special requests or needs, payment mode and name, designation and contact details of authorised person acting on behalf of nominating organisation. A blank registration form may be forwarded upon request.

Your Investment
The programme participation fees range from $100 to $150 per participant per day, subject to type of programmes and facilitators, and covers programme design and materials, hire of venue and equipment, refreshments and course lunch, group pictures and other incidental costs.

Additional fees will be charged for use of proprietary or copyright materials or as required by license holders or statutory requirements, these fees will be charged at cost.

Fees are due upon confirmation of registration and at least one week before start of programme, payable either by cash or cheque to Baitun'nur Management & HR Support Services. Receipts will be issued upon confirmation of payment.

Programmes Schedule
To ensure effective learning and a good level of interaction amongst participants, programmes will be scheduled upon confirmation of registration of a minimum of twelve (12) participants and a maximum of twenty (20) participants, plus confirmation of programme facilitator(s) availability.

All participants and nominating organisations will be given at least two (2) weeks notice of programme start and finish dates and selected venue through their contact details. Should circumstances arise requiring a change of schedule, all participants and nominating organisations will be informed immediately through their contact details, and a revised schedule will be given. Should circumstances require a programme's cancellation, a full refund of participation fees will be made as soon as practical.

Flexi-Programmes Schedule
Programmes can be scheduled to meet individual's and organisation's operational requirements eg. the 5 days Human Resource Management Programme can be delivered say every Saturday over a 5-week period or longer if necessary. Please indicate preference at time of registration.

Notes for Participants
Upon confirmation of a programme start date, all participants will be given a pre-programme questionnaire designed to provide the programme facilitators a profile of the participants and as an aid in goal setting, as well as to identify any concerns and specific needs that participants may have before start of programme.

During the programme, participants are encouraged to wear comfortable attire, and to bring along their video phones or cameras as an aid to the individual and group interactive sessions. A group photography session will be held during the first day of the programme.

As part of our green initiatives, we aim to minimise paper usage. Participants are encouraged to bring along their laptop or pen-drives or similar storage devices for download of programmes materials. All participants will be provided with a programme file folder containing a set of programme presentation materials.

At the end of the programme, participants will be requested to complete a programme evaluation and feedback form. Certificates of Participation will be presented to all participants, and a Best Participant Award will be given to a participant nominated by all participants and selected by the Programme Facilitator(s).
